Our Full House Membership is perfect for the entrepreneur or an established business looking for a modern and unique workspace. You will be provided with a private premium office, with all outgoings included. Our full house members have access to a receptionist to welcome clients, as well as all facilities including boardroom, two meeting rooms, kitchen (tea, coffee & milk), printing, and shredex for confidential document removal. Access to a beautiful undercover outdoor terrace looking out to a large park is also included in the rental cost.

Your office is fitted with a unique timber desk, comfortable executive office chair, lockable draws, and an ethernet network port with NBN internet connection.

You will be provided with a private unique timber desk, with all outgoings included. Our shared house members have access to a receptionist to welcome clients, as well as all facilities including boardroom, meeting room, kitchen (tea, coffee & milk), printing and shredex for confidential document removal. Access to a beautiful undercover outdoor terrace looking out to a large park is also included in the rental cost.

Your unique timber desk will be located in our shared workspace with a comfortable executive office chair, lockable draws and an ethernet network port with NBN Internet.

Boardroom Hire

$800/day

If you have a business that needs a room for staff training or a presentation this option is perfect for you. The House Workspace has a boardroom that can fit 12-16 people around the boardroom table. The boardroom is set up with a large display and cables to run presentations, conference calls (high-en camera and audio conferencing equipment), or videos from your computer or USB.

Please note our boardroom is only available for all day hire which runs from 9am to 5pm. As part of the all-day hire you and your guests are allocated 2 parking spaces onsite and all other guests must use the surrounding public parking options.

Optional Extras:

  • Espresso Coffee (made by our lovely receptionist): $5.00 per coffee
